I've had this guy in my mind for the longest time, but I never got around to actually drawing him until now. This is Samhainmon, Pumpkinmon's mega/ultimate/final form. Even though he's Pumpkinmon's evolution, he also has a lot of Phantomon in him. His attacks are Fall Harvest and Summer's End. He still needs some design work done, I think, but this will do for now. Simple background, meant to be an orchard and farmhouse, but it looks more like a forest and cabin now, I think.

The name origin is Samhain, a Celtic holiday. It's a harvest festival celebrated on 10/31 to 11/01. That said, folks from the eighties will recognize that he's really based on Samhain from The Real Ghostbusters.

It's Celtic, so it pronounces funny. Samhain is pronounced something like "Sow-in." The "mh" is the sound of an M, but without closing your mouth. It's similar to a W. (It's just like in the name of Craniummon's weapon, Claíomh Solais).

(Samhainmon is a fan-made monster inspired by Digimon, which is the property of Akiyoshi Hongo, Bandai, and Toei. I noticed I don't say that enough.)
